Just used this shuttle service for my trip to Sedona. They were the BEST! When my plane landed in Phoenix I had a message on my cell phone from ACEXpress asking me to call them and let them know where to meet them and tell them what I was wearing. Al was our driver from the airport to Skyranch Lodge in Sedona. He greeted us with a smile, and a cold bottle of water. When my vacation was over Maureen came to Sky Ranch Lodge to bring us back to the Phoenix Airport. She too had a smile and cold water. They each were also like a mini tour guide pointing out points of interest along the way. I highly recommend ACEXpress Shuttle. A++++ in my opinion!

It's about time that Ace Xpress made a way to share comments about their service. I use Ace Xpress Shuttle service whenenver I visit Sedona. They provide the friendly service that make my trips to Sedona less business. The one time that I did have a problem (late flight) I recieved a call from the owner offering to pick me up on her way home from visiting family in Pheonix. What looked like a 3 hour wait turned into a customer for life experience as she drove me to Sedona and shared her fantastic story.
If you want customer service, these people get it!!!!

If any one else is looking at this post for a way from Phoenix to Sedona- Cottonwood, I would recommend Ace Xpress Shuttle (http://www.acexshuttle.com). They cost a little bit more, but if you want to be dropped at your door and not some door in the middle of town, then it is money well spent. Plus they worked around my schedule instead of the other way around. Fantastic experience.
